1. No-Cancellation Period
By enrolling in the Ecommerce Blueprint program, you agree to a minimum commitment of six (6) months. No cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks will be accepted during this initial 6-month period. All payments made during this period are non-refundable.
2. Auto-Renewal — Month-to-Month
After the initial 6-month commitment period has been completed, your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the same monthly rate. You may cancel at any time after the initial 6-month period by providing written notice at least 14 days prior to your next billing date.
3. Billing & Payments
Monthly payments are processed securely via Stripe on the same calendar date each month. By completing your purchase, you authorize CK Consulting to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.
4. Scope of Services
Services provided under the Ecommerce Blueprint program are as described in your chosen tier (Basic, Pro, or VIP). CK Consulting reserves the right to modify program content, delivery methods, or features with reasonable notice.
5. No Guarantee of Results
CK Consulting does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or business results. Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
6. Confidentiality
All program materials, strategies, and proprietary content shared during the program are confidential and may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission from CK Consulting.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, and materials provided by CK Consulting remain the sole intellectual property of CK Consulting.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
9. Acceptance
